Petals and Preludes offers three different service plans as well as a variety of custom options in order to best suit your ceremony needs.
The Support Package
The Support Package
$400
A straightforward service incorporating your selection of music from my repertoire.
This plan includes:
Music Choice:
15 minutes of prelude music
Up to three ceremony selections from my repertoire
Up to 60 minute service time (not including prelude)
Five minutes of postlude music
Planning:
A planning phone call, in which we discuss the genre and style of music you prefer as well as the emotion you want the music to evoke
Consistent communication via e-mail or text, with guaranteed replies within 24 hours.
The Custom Package
The Custom Package
$600
A more customized plan that includes a longer prelude and a custom song.
This plan includes:
Music Choice:
30 minutes of prelude music,
Up to five ceremony selections from my repertoire
Up to 90 minute service time (not including prelude)
15 minutes of postlude music
Customization:
One song choice outside of my repertoire
Planning:
Two planning phone calls to discuss the style and genre of music you prefer, the emotion you want the music to evoke, and in which I help you select just the right custom song for your ceremony
Consistent communication via e-mail or text, with guaranteed replies within 24 hours.

The Signature Package
The Signature Package
$800
A plan for those who want rehearsal participation and guidance in music planning.
This plan includes:
Music Choice:
30 minutes of prelude music
Up to eight ceremony selections from my repertoire
Up to 90 minute service time (not including prelude)
15 minutes of postlude music
Customization:
Up to three song choices outside of my repertoire
Planning:
Guidance in finding just the right music for your service
Custom arrangements and song edits to provide a personalized fit for your ceremony
Extended coordination and support, including multiple planning calls to help shape your vision, review music selections, and explore arrangement possibilities.
Consistent communication via e-mail or text, with guaranteed replies within 24 hours.
Additional Event Coverage:
Participation in a ceremony rehearsal
Live background music (such as for a reception or dinner event) can be added for half-cost at this tier.

Add-On Services:
Additional custom song (available as an addition to any package):
$50 (simple arrangement)

Live Reception or Background Music:
$200/hour (Support or Custom Packages)
$100/hour (Signature Package)
Rehearsal attendance and participation can be added onto either the Support or Custom packages for $100.
Travel:
Travel beyond 25 miles incurs a surcharge
Instrument:
I can play on any standard piano, keyboard, or organ provided. Because the organ is not my primary instrument, it will come with an increased fee structure that we can discuss.
If an instrument is not available at your venue, I can bring my own keyboard and basic speaker. If the service location is outside or somewhere where electricity is not available, I can also bring my own portable battery for the keyboard and speaker. Due to the extra required set-up time and effort, bringing my own instrument and equipment comes with a $50 fee. Advance notice is required for me to bring my own equipment.
Booking Information:
A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
For events booked within 14 days, full payment is due when the contract is signed.
